I had a wonderful time at a charming hotel nestled in a picturesque location. The hotel had an old-world charm that captivated me, with its architecture that made me feel like I had stepped back in time. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling plaza yet secluded enough to provide a tranquil retreat. The food was delectable, and the attentive staff made me feel like a VIP. The rooms were simple yet comfortable, equipped with all the modern amenities I needed. I had a delightful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the center, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and restaurants. The open-sided restaurant offers a beautiful ambiance for dining and enjoying the surroundings. The staff was attentive and friendly, always willing to assist us with everything we asked of them.
The rooms lacked modern amenities and were in need of upgrades, particularly the small bathrooms.

The free wine and chocolate in the room were a nice touch for our romantic escape. The location was convenient for exploring the local area and we enjoyed the beautiful views from the rooftop terrace. the complimentary breakfast was tasty and filling, with a good variety of options.
The noise from the nearby street kept us up all night. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat.

Located in the old capital of Guatemala, this hotel offers a beautiful open-sided restaurant overlooking the stunning gardens. The hotel is situated away from the town center, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Guests can also enjoy the nearby Cathedral Calvario, a classic old church that adds to the charm of the location.
Some previous guests have mentioned issues with the cleanliness of the pool, which could be improved.

The complementary facts were nice, but that was the only good thing about this hotel. It was way too far from the main attractions and surrounded by deserted roads which made walking at night scary. The only advantage was the beautiful scenery, but that wasn't enough to make up for the negative aspects of the hotel.
The worst thing about this hotel was the state of the pool and surrounding area. It was filthy and smelly, and the workers didn't seem to care when we pointed it out.

Nice architecture and clean rooms were definitely the best aspects of our city trip stay in this hotel. The hotel's grounds are reminiscent of a charming historical site and the rooms were modern and well-kept. The proximity to the city center was also a plus, only a short walk away. the staff was friendly and helpful when necessary.
Our stay was not without its downsides. The food was overpriced and lacked flavor, and the restaurant service was slow.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The grounds were beautiful and the hotel was designed like a mini village, with rooms located along a charming cobbled street. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find extra pillows in the wardrobe. The staff were friendly and helpful, attending to our needs promptly and with a smile. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 10-minute stroll along cobbled streets to the center of this city. We enjoyed the convenience of being so close to all the attractions and amenities this city has to offer.
Absolutely nothing.
